Yes and no. I believe once a journalist, always a journalist. I will always be a journalist at heart and that is the approach I use to tell my clients’ stories. But no, I am not actively in the journalism profession. So if you send me a pitch to share your story, I can consider it for my podcast about health and happiness, but I will not share your story on a traditional media outlet. I work in the owned media space, helping my clients shape and share their personal and business stories for their websites, social media, on video, blogs, and emails.

Yes! I’ve spent years voicing packages in local TV news multiple times per day. I also can provide voiceovers for radio, TV, and digital spots. I have a full home studio and am able to write, voice, and/or edit your spot with a quick turnaround.
I get this question a lot. Yes, I am a storyteller and I do share the stories of people behind products and services on my weekly podcast, Lift U Up: Inspiring Health Stories. I also promote products and services that I love and believe in on my social media in collaborations with brands who are a fit.
